A path told through the press, from 2000 to today.
In the early 2000s, outlets such as Panorama, Capital and Il Mondo followed a young entrepreneur working to consolidate independent internet operators in order to compete with the major telecommunications groups. That season ended with the market crash and the bursting of the internet bubble in 2001, which reshaped the entire sector.
From there, a different path: an MBA in Management Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, then a career as a business lawyer — first in the world of investment funds and investment schemes, then in M&A transactions.
And finally a return to the arena, as an investor and deal maker, always between information technology and finance. This is the thread that ties these articles together: the same idea — creating value by uniting what is fragmented — seen at different moments and from both sides of the table.
